Bugle Bat Reps was started back in 2019 when a group of school friends decided to pick up 8th Edition Warhammer 40k after not playing since we were 13 / 14.
After playing for a year we then decided to dip our toes into the world of Youtube and decided to start making Battle reports and at that moment Bugle bat reps was started!
Then ... COVID ! with the whole country locked down and unable to meet each over or gather our community became very scattered, Then as lock downs were lifted Martin opened his home up and encouraged people to meet up and game / arrange games etc..
Between Martin and Paddy both had years of experience of running 40k events at Mad for Miniatures in St Austell , but it was once Covid had passed both of us decided to try and grow the 40k Community in Cornwall and bring more people together.
How we did this ? Bugle Bat Reps our little YouTube channel then decided to do some investing in a huge amount of Tournament terrain from Glass hammer and started to run our Bugle Bash events aimed at a more competitive side of 40k.
We have now been running events for 4 years under Bugle Bat Reps and then in 2026 we hit a huge milestone in running Cornwall's first ever 40k Super Major and Cornwall's biggest ever 40k event with 120 players attending!
And now here we are! having our own Gaming venue where people can come and play , get help with improving their games, attending events and meeting like minded people!
Bugle Bat Reps Table Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and use of tabletop wargaming tables provided by Bugle Bat Reps ("we", "us", "our"). By making a booking, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Eligibility
· Bookings must be made by individuals aged 18 or over.
· Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
3. Booking Process
· Tables must be booked in advance via our approved booking channels.
· Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from us.
· We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
4. Payment
· Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
· Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed bookings.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
· Cancellations made at least 1 hour in advance may be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
· Cancellations made within 1 hour of the booking may not be refunded.
· No-shows will not be refunded.
6. Table Use Rules
· Tables are to be used for tabletop wargaming / TTRPG purposes only.
· Respect all terrain, mats, and equipment provided.
· Do not remove or damage any equipment.
· Food and drinks must be handled carefully and kept away from gaming materials where possible.
7. Time Management
· Bookings are for a fixed duration.
· Please arrive on time; late arrivals do not extend booking time.
· Tables must be vacated promptly at the end of the session.
8. Conduct
· All players must behave respectfully toward staff and other customers.
· Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour will result in removal without refund.
9. Liability
· We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
· Players are responsible for any damage they cause to property or equipment.
10. Health & Safety
· Follow all venue safety rules and staff instructions.
· Report any hazards or accidents immediately.
11. Changes & Closures
· We reserve the right to change table availability or close the venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
· In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or refund where appropriate.
12. Data Protection
· Personal data collected during booking will be used solely for managing bookings and communication.
13. Amendments
· We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will apply to all bookings.
